Thank Yous, Celebrations and a 1st Birthday

On Saturday 14th August Emily Dance turns One! I could say lots of things about where the time has gone and what I have been up to over the last year. But what is more important is to share with you who needs to be thanked behind the scenes for helping me to make my dance blog, social pages, online classes and freelance teaching career happen. So here goes:

Dear Ballet...

Thank you for being there for me and not only teaching me the power of dance but giving me the skills to tackle this mad world we live in!

Dear my lovely dancers...

What can I say?! Thank you for making my wildest dreams come true. I can never quite explain how it feels to be passing on my love of dance to others. Be proud of the dancer you already are and the one you are becoming- ALWAYS.

Dear teachers...

Thank you for lighting a fire in my belly that will never go away. Thank you for your patience, understanding and for always making ballet feel like home.

Dear family...

First of all thank you for being my dance taxi for over 20 years. Thank you also for all of your support, especially when I have been late for dinner, parties and skipped various events because of dance! Special thanks to my mum for all of your admin help and music playing!

Dear friends…

Thank you for being right behind me and for being my first online dancers back in April 2020. You are and always will be superstars.

Dear The Traveller and The Bear…

Thank you for creating this beautiful blog website and for making my freelance dance career exist online. I could not have done this without you.
